This is a remarkable figural set - a banquet sized double damask linen tablecloth with 24 banquet napkins in a soft beige with white damascene.  The design is an intricate, structured illustration of the classical world at war with warriors, chariots, horses and a lovely maiden offering water to the combatants.  All 25 pieces to the set are monogrammed.  The set has been used but carefully with no damage or weak spots.  There is a water mark near the center of the cloth.  It may come out - no guarantees. The quality is the finest - dense weave and distinct, exact woven patterns.   The millmark is of a rampant lion.  Cloth:  70" x 162"  Napkins:  26" x 26.5
