This cloth is so interesting - a bright bluish red center bordered with a geometric design of irregular stripes in primaries on a field of bright white.  What fascinates me is that I have quilt squares pieced by my Mother in the 1950's from a soft cotton fabric in the same design - slightly different color ways.

The cloth measures 52" square and is made of linen.  There is some fade and a single pinpoint which has been re-woven.
